Ready stock

Ready stock item(s) will be shipped out approximately 2 working days after order is placed. 

Pre-order

Pre-Order item(s) will be shipped out approximately 35-42 days working days (5-6 weeks) after an order is placed.

 

Depending on the availability of the materials and colors, handmade items are traditionally time consuming to make, from 3-5 weeks, but be rest assured that our artisans and weavers try their best to complete them soonest possible.

 

Once the pre-order items has arrived and inspected, item(s) will be shipped out immediately.

 

In the event the item(s) are found to be defective, for both ready stock or pre-order item(s), we will contact you to follow up. 

 

We will contact you via email and/ or phone, kindly make sure you enter and provide your email address and contact numbers correctly.

 

 

Packaging

 

We always ensure all our products are packed securely, but kindly be reminded that both international or local shipments might be inspected randomly from time to time, and transiting processes may or may not cause damage on the pre-packed, existing packaging.

 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY PERIOD 

 

We ship worldwide via Pos Malaysia or Aramex International.

 

Every purchase order will be provided with a consignment number to ensure our customers receive their items.

 

Domestic shipping within Kuala Lumpur takes 3-5 business days upon order confirmation.

 

International Delivery usually takes from 10-15 business days, but may take longer from time to time.

 

Kindly be advised that delivery period is an estimation and there maybe disruption on handling or processes of items at the courier company or customs clearance.

 

If you are unable to check out with a valid shipping estimate, kindly let us know and we will make arrangements accordingly.

 

CUSTOM AND IMPORT DUTIES

 

Custom and import duties may apply and shall be paid by the buyer receiving the parcel. As custom policies and duties varies from country to country, we are unable to advise the cost and charges.

 

We would advise that you contact your customs office for any additional tax or import duties charges.
