RETURNS & EXCHANGE

As our items are all handmade, not all are alike and slight variations might occur. These imperfections are in fact, the elements that are unique, and we hope you can appreciate the artisans' work.


We order the items from small local businesses from different cities and villages and while we are unable to refund, should there be any badly damaged items, we allow exchanges of items from the same range or pricing.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item should be returned within 7-14 days and must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, we would need to pre-order and the waiting time will be 2-3 weeks, depending on availability of the item.

To return your product, kindly drop us an email and we will provide details accordingly. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We would also suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we will receive your returned item to be exchanged.
